Currently, we alternate between in-person gatherings and sessions on zoom. We also have several picnics and parties throughout the year for the Lead Pastor (and their spouse if applicable).
Every monthly session has a topic for training, where we often hear from expert leaders from around the world.

History
Alllison Park Church planted its first church in 1996. Since then, over 32 new churches have been parented. In 2011, Reach Northeast was launched as an initiative to launch churches in the major cities of the northeastern USA, and a church planting network was established. Through these efforts, over 100 new churches have been planted.
Then in 2012, Allison Park Church became a multisite, multivenue church with seven locations all throughout western Pennsylvania. Pastor Jeff Leake has also served on the Church Multiplication Network Lead Team and on the Exponential Ventures Team to develop new and innovative ways to multiply.
