The Growth Track Cohort is for Lead Pastors who are wanting to be equipped to grow their church to the next level, especially for those who are wanting to break the 100, 200, and 400 barriers.
Learn from other pastors in the cohort, as well as from Lead Pastors who have recently broken these growth barriers. Receive coaching during the cohort meetings from Pastor Jeff Leake as well as a sense of community with others who are wanting to reach the same destination.
Commitment
Those who enroll are expected to participate monthly by joining us online via Zoom call, and by attending at least one out of the two in-person gatherings at Allison Park Church. The time frame for participation is nine months.
